Cigna launched its Mindfulness for Vets program, specifically designed for all veterans, whether they are customers or not, to provide training in mindful stress management, acceptance, and compassion. The program is facilitated by a Cigna specialist and typically lasts for 45-60 minutes, with times at the end for participants to ask questions and share experiences.
This telephonic program is available every Tuesday at 5:00pm ET at 888-244-6260 (passcode 536435).
Cigna Mindfulness Sessions for Veterans, Families, and Caregivers
All veterans, caregivers, and families, whether they are Cigna customers or not, are invited to participate in Cigna’s Mindfulness sessions.
These telephonic sessions take place every Monday and Thursday at 6:00pm ET and every Wednesday at 8:30pm ET at 888-244-6260 (passcode 388032).
